Hello! My name is Whitney Hines, and I am serving as the Intervention Specialist for G. W. Long Elementary School this year. I graduated from Troy University with a Bachelor's Degree in K-6 Collaborative Education in 2004. Since that time, I have earned two post-graduate degrees in Instructional Leadership, and have taught in both the general education and special education settings. I have also served as Instructional Coach and Literacy Specialist.My current role allows me to dive deeply into data in order to help teachers make the best decisions for all students.
