Hello students and families! My name is Ms. Watson, and I am thrilled to be the librarian at Long Elementary School. This is my 28th year teaching. I taught third grade for 22 years before becoming the librarian. I hold a master's degree in both Early Childhood Education and Library Media. I am also a National Board Certified teacher.
I have a passion for helping young learners explore the world through books and discover their unique interests. As your elementary librarian, I'm dedicated to creating a welcoming and engaging library space that all students enjoy visiting. What I love most about being the school librarian is getting to know all the students, grades K-6.
